​

"open-backstage" reflects an in-between episode of the artists

who are selected for the art residency programme "GAST in de Zomer".

By showcasing process-related phases from various artists and giving them

an alternative and an experimental spatial interface, open-backstage not only offers an exhibition area but can also be transformed into an ambiguous platform for artistic dialogues in forms of sharing. "Sharing" episodes are planned as different presentations from the artists, a group workshop and a lecture/talk.
